Both myself and my father have recently set up accounts with Koodo and we have both had absolutely terrible experiences to date. At every turn, we are told that there is nothing Koodo can do to help us, the representatives continuously put the blame on me for any issues and break the number one rule of customer service "the customer is always right". It's safe to say that I will be leaving Koodo as soon as possible because I have been absolutely disgusted with their lack of customer service. They waste my time and blame me for any issues.

Been with Koodo from pretty much the start and have never had a problem.

Terrible! None of the three guys that were there, were interested in helping me! They were too busy chatting. Jus pathetic. Went to Walmart for the same service, and got treated like a customer there! Needless to say, I won't be going back to that kiosk again!

I have bought 3 phones over the course of 5 years from this kiosk and never had an issue. I've spent over 2k plus another 200 for my most recent phone purchase. I used my phone for music and realized the sound was a bit buzzy. I drove to the mall and spoke with Josh who I bought the phone off of. We both messed up because he never gave me a receipt, and I never asked. My previous purchased phones all had receipts in the bag and i thought it was standard procedure. Anyways I went in and Josh told me he couldn't do anything without a receipt, even though he acknowledged he recognized me. The whole concept of a receipt is to have proof of purchase, but I was talking to the guy I bought it off of and that is proof of purchase. Instead of simplu giving me an replacement, taking maybe a 10 hit if that to mail it back to repair it and keep a customer, they lost one and I'm never buying a phone from that kiosk again.

Had a horrible experience here. Took my disabled mother here today as she needed a new phone and we wanted to talk about plan options. He wouldn’t even look up her info on the computer because her license was expired. I tried to explain to the gentlemen working what a process it would be to try and get my mom who is in a wheelchair down to service NB. He told us she could have just picked up the id off the ground. Really... it has her picture on it. Needless to say Koodo lost a 7 year customer to Eastlink who were Very understanding that it was a disability issue and went above and beyond to help us.
