Seen 2 shelves of hats marked everything 24 and under now 12. Found a hat I liked that I couldn't find a price tag on it so I asked the girl working there if it was one of the 12 ones and she said 'no, if you want a cheap hat go to Walmart.' I was going to pay the full price for it too but after that comment I put it back and left. Not very good customer service to be telling your customers that they're broke and to go shop somewhere else.. especially since I had no problem paying the sticker price and was just asking

Ordered a hat and they said it would be at my house in 7-10 business days. Told them I was going away, the lady said it would be here no later than 10 business days. 2 days later hasn't left the warehouse. Called to ask why it hasn't left, they said it was still processing and that it isn't 7-10 but 9-12 business days. Never ordering from them again
