The place was very dirty, there was nails all over the floor. the service is very stiff and not welcoming, there is no small talk with the Esthetician even tough I tried. not a good experience at all An answer to your comment: I have a few points to make. 1. I don't know what is floow up. 2. I just went over your reviews and there are a lot of bad ones. And apparently all of them never came to your spa and wasn't on you costumer list. All of these reviews are fake?
