I brought my car in to have a small part replaced and when I picked it up he said”no charge”. That’s a first for car repairs! Wow, I was so impressed....until I started driving and heard something scraping on the pavement. I looked under the car to find my spoiler broken and wired up with a piece of metal! When I went back to ask what happened he denied that he did anything and told me I must have hit a snow bank. I most definitely did not and I definitely did not wire it up! Obviously that’s why it was free!! Pretty bad when a business owner can’t own up to their mistakes and even worse when you’ve known this person for 40 years. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Was told I needed parts that I do not need! I understand times being tough and slow business but I took my car for a second opinion and was told I don't need the parts at all mine are fine! The price for parts i was quoted was double the price of what i was told when I called. I will take my car else where! If I could give less then one star I would!
