Wasn't even able to make an appointment. Made an appointment through their website. Followed up by submitting my immunization record/travel form prior to my appointment to save time (and as suggested on their website). Was told they didn't have any appointments that day. Confused as I already had an appointment I forwarded my appointment confirmation email. I was then told that time no longer worked and they suggested later in the day. I let them know my availability was limited to the morning (which is what I originally booked). Never heard back.
