Very knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond servicing my hot tub that wasn't originally from them. Great service, I'm a very satisfied customer and definitely recommend!
We hired Poolboy to install an in ground pool with water slide and water feature. Work not completed and they refuse to come back and complete even though it is paid for. My water feature does not push water into the pool, but on the pavers. What good is that? Complaint was filed with BBB, and Poolboy responded with ridiculous lies and accusations. They are unprofessional and unethical. Will never do business with them again.
Amazing Product, outstanding service, The day the tub was put in the electrician was tied up on another job for some time and by the time he got power to the tub, pool boys guys were there after work hours to show me all about the features. Really awesome!!!!
The whole team at Pool Boy Inc were professional and knowledgeable about how to provide our family a pool that would last us for many years to come! Highly recommend them if you want the job done right! Family loves the pool in our new home!
