I brought my 8 year old daughter in to open her very first bank account. We dealt with Daneil M. He was absolutely fantastic. He made her feel so special and important. I can guarantee that she will never forget that experience. The customer service was excellent and he even followed up to ensure her card was working and all was well. I would highly recommend him. I have dealt with RBC for 20 years and work in finance myself. This was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced in the field.

Tried to get an account here a few years ago with my ex. The guy I had my meeting with was rude, refused to give me a credit card (even though I had one threw my other bank, and my score was fine) He sat there and talked about his divorce more than setting up an account. Super uncomfortable vibe.
Really friendly staff but they need more tellers to accommodate the needs of the customers.

So I got scammed and I personally owe all the money back when I never had the money in the first place?! I defiantly will NOT be staying with RBC after this.
