I ordered flowers for Mothers day, paid with my visa online. I received an email the next days saying they could not fill the order but they would refund my money. No problem stuff happens. Great right? A month later and several emails, still no refund for 112.00. I was told 3 weeks ago they mailed a cheque. Mailed a cheque?? Ok weird - but ok. The cheque is still not here, I don't think it is coming. Not sure why they wouldn't simply refund to the card they originally charged. Save yourself the energy, go elsewhere.

I have tried numerous times to stop or opt out of communications. Like DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE EMAILS. Emails still come and I am so over it. Tried phoning and to no avail. Phone is busy. So it's off to the junk folder for you Simon Says Roses!
I live in South Africa and can no longer afford to send flowers priced in dollars. I have repeatedly requested that Simon Says Flowers removes me from its mailing list, but keep getting spammed with JUNK mail despite online requests and many, many, many attempts to block junk mails. Every time I block mails from this provider, a mail bot generates a new sender's address and floods me with spam. I will never, never, NEVER use this supplier EVER again because it doesn't follow standard online marketing protocols and I find its spamming of me intrusive and offensive. REMOVE ME FOR YOUR MAILING LIST - NOW AND FOREVER!
Horrible. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to go 18 km. They asked me if I wanted to continue with the order to which I said no. They still charged my credit card and I cannot get ahold of anybody that actually works for the company-just their call centre to refund my money. They even refused to talk to Mastercard to try to resolve this issue. FYI...original post was 2 years ago Wow, two years later they respond to my review. 2 years!!!!! That is some customer service department you have there.
