It was a great experience and they took the time to speak to my teenage daughter to make sure she got exactly what she wanted; we were happy with the outcome and the stylist we had. I gave it 3 stars because we had to wait outside for just over 30 minutes and this was very inconvenient. With these types of appointments it is somewhat to be expected, but it was a long wait and I had to phone twice to remind them we were there waiting. I would go back again but would appreciate more contact from the salon if there is a long wait time.

I had saw on facebook that simply hair had just hired a new lash technician so I wanted to give her a try so I messaged her page lashes by chloe asking about pricing and availability needless to say she was very unprofessional and all over the place and clearly didnt want to make that much of an effort to get me an appointment as a client I'm extremely disappointed and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt with her being new in all but just by how the conversation went I decided to go somewhere else. I almost never give anywhere a bad review but this time I am. No I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHLOE BY LASHES BY CHLOE! If I could give 0 stars and post screenshots i would.

I visited the salon yesterday for the first time and I really was impressed with my stylist Jessica. She gave me the haircut that I have been wanting for some time but could not seem to get. I will be bringing my daughter soon to see Jessica as well. Thank you Jessica!
I don't often get my hair cut. I seem to be disappointed everywhere I go. But, I love my cut from simply hair! Tammy did a great job. I'll be back!
