Always receive fantastic cuts from Kelcey, and her kind, friendly, professional personality makes for an excellent experience every time. I'm often changing my hairstyle, and she has always been up for the challenge! She always has great advice and suggestions so I always leave looking and feeling fabulous. Plus, she has gone above and beyond for me, giving me an emergency quick hairstyle so that I looked good for an unexpected but important work meeting.

Great spot. Our family always goes here and is treated very well. Kelcey continues to provide great customer service. Not sure how people could hate this place.
First off I'd like to say what wonderful people work here and how well they treated not only me but everyone I've seen come in and out. I often get my hair done and my nails done here and I am never disappointed in their services. This spa/salon is a lot more cheaper then anywheres else I have gone to in this province. Especially in the city. They are a genuinely caring staff and make sure you feel comfortable and always offer you a drink ask to take your coat and show you how to maintain and care for your style/aesthetics you had done and provide info and pamflets on the products used or what your hair/skin may need. The owner is a very lovely lady who comes in often and will ask how you are. I've got nothing but positive feedback :)
Almost 3 weeks ago I went to Sorella for a haircut that was very doable - basically a bob with light layers and my hair was long enough to support the cut. I left with hair barely 2-3 cm on the sides, my neck is a mess and the stylist Kelcie cut my curls halfway where it actually curled so no I have hair that flips up and out in a way it is not meant to. It is going to be a couple months before it has grown long enough to fix and at least 10-12 months before it grows to where I wanted it in the first place. I made one trip to the salon to see the manager and she wasn't in. I made one more trip yesterday to speak with the manager where I was offered either a free manicure or fee massage. I was not offered a refund or an apology. Then when I emailed the owner she replied by saying the staff said I was happy when I left that day and I made her staff nervous and she has banned me from the salon and showed the mall security who I am. I was also informed that if I do not remove my posts from their Facebook page within 24 hours she will sue me for defamation.
They did an incredible job on my daughter's make-up for Gr12 Prom and my younger daughter's updo for her Gr8 farewell. I also received a great pedicure from them too! Highly recommend their services :)
My whole family goes to kelcey here and we love her! She is so talented, sweet and a pleasure to see!:) I love my hair every time and my husband and sons . We will be seeing kelcey for a long time:)
Went to get my hair ombre by Patrick. He did a great job and was super friendly! Plus, my hair turned out just the way I wanted!
