Not impressed with ther customer service at all,my wife bought 2 of the same bongs in the span of 2 weeks and both of them broke at the same spot without ever being hit anywhere etc, then started to acuse her of dropin something on it, iv had the same bong for 3 years and its still in perfect shape, and she takes better care of her stuff then i do so 1 star for them will not be commin back

Was in a few years ago and bought 2 bongs loved the both of them and have a trip plan for the area next month can't wait to stop it
