I have been driving Fords for almost 2 decades in 3 different provinces and have gone to a variety of dealers for service. They are not all cut from the same cloth. I've been coming to Wood Motors since 2014. The service department at Wood Motors is hands down the best I have been. To messing around, no unnecessary headaches, service staff are friendly and right on point and the service technicians are the best I have ever dealt with. I have recommended Wood Motors to many people over the years and will continue to do so.

I will start by stating that the people who work for Wood Motors Ford as employees are generally awesome. Unfortunately the cost of servicing my 2013 Ford F 150 truck has become prohibitively expensive as it approaches a mere 111,000 km and 6 years of use. Please note it has been consistently serviced as per the Ford schedule by Wood Motors Ford since brand new. In October 2016 the rear licence plate lights were replaced due to \corrosion\. This occurred again this year (in September!) at a cost of just over 250. So it happens 3 years since new and again LESS than 3 years later. CLEARLY this is a design fault but no matter. My point is that I believe this is an outrageous cost given the \wiring harness\ replaced appears, in reality, to be just two pieces of flimsy green electrical wire that have, since the latest \fix\, seemingly been left uncovered by the original black plastic tubing that must have covered the wires originally. What are the chances of corrosion NOT occurring again I wonder? I took a photo and sent them to Wood Ford and have included it here. It's not a great photo but you can see the black coloured protective tubing just hanging down under the green wires. I was also charged 250 for changing the rear differential oil / fluid! Wow! In fairness to Wood Motors they offered to reimburse me 100. Unfortunately I do not believe that this comes close to what I have been over-charged and I declined to take the money. Perhaps it is NOT The fault of Wood Motors - perhaps it is more a Ford issue? Either way, when I let it all wash over me, it makes me totally disinclined to return to Wood Motors or Ford quite frankly. I am in the market for a new truck it seems - and I'm looking to Chevy and Toyota this time around.
My husband and I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer from Wood Motors. Our experience was very positive. Ben Springer and Dustin Haines were very professional and great to work with. They were so helpful and ensured that we were satisfied with our decision. Many thanks.
Couldn’t have had a better experience than buying a vehicle at Wood Motors. Thanks guys!
I am less upset than I was but I still have a bumper that's not adjusted properly. Straight business. Not satisfied.
