DONT park at the GRAVEL AREA OUTSIDE. Even though it is fine to park on the covered area were you can stay two hours for free like in most places, if you park outside you will be fined. The parking information is not very clear and you can be certain that someone will be there to check it on busy weekend days when lots of families go to KU.BE. I guess it is a very lucrative business since I saw multiple cars fined at the same spot...
