I think this team os top-dialed-up. They are actually helping with what you need. I can't imaging where the negative comment for this store comes from. I have beed a regular in this Sephora for years and I have only gotten timely and proffesional help. The reason I'm "only" giving this store 4 stars and not top grade is that the Danish Sephora does'nt carry many of the brands I'm use to from Sephora US (HUDA etc.) All in all, lively store and helpfull work crew.

You have to ask for free samples otherwise you won’t get any with your purchase. Last time I was there all the employees were standing behind the till talking and there were nobody that could help on the shop floor. The shop was not that busy there was no need for the customer service to be that low.
