I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I called this number and they got me to a free dentist that extracted the tooth within the hour. So thankful for the volunteer staff!!

What an amazing service the Free Clinic provides. I had a brilliant experience and was looked after and cared for by a very professional team who are clearly dedicated and very capable. The atmosphere is friendly and clam and the clinic itself is very well looked after. Everything is bilingual (Spanish/English) and their waiting and clinical areas are comfortable and welcoming. I can't thank the volunteers and staff enough for their kindness. A wonderful Vancouver community resource. Thank you.

My mother walked in a few days ago to ask a few questions. The receptionist that was there obviously thought I didn't speak English (because my mom doesn't) I clearly heard her say in English, \Here comes this F#&@ B&# she is so annoying\ I then said, \Excuse me?\ \Why would you refer to my mother in that way?\ I saw her face turning red of embarrassment. She then went to the back without apologizing. All I know her name is Guadalupe. She is very short with dark hair. I also winessed her snapping her fingers at another Hispanic woman. Why is this person working there treating people this way?

This center is a blessing! The staff is very friendly. They provided me with a free vision appt and the ability to get new glasses and lenses. I'm on disability and had no funds to be able to purchase these in my own. Thank you so much!
