I literary just got my wisdom teeth done Laughing gas was fine. Lucy, Giovani, And Dr. Herrera were great. Save yourself money! Felt like 5 minutes but it was actually 4 teeth in 15 minutes.

The staff here are great. I came in for getting all my wisdom teeth taken care of. From start to completion of service, this job has been well done. I’m still numb right now, so this is rating is subject to change based on how the healing process and follow up goes. I appreciate the written documentation offered for pre/post-care. Very clear and easy to read. Herrera’s office also did a wonderful job to minimize my worry in this process.

I lost a 15mm piece of my jaw, Infection and torn gums. Patient neglect by Dr. Andres Herrera. He did not return my twice a week calls asking for help, did nothing at 1 week follow up. I spoke and saw his partner, Dr. Daniel Cummins who did nothing to remedy the situation. At 3 week follow up Herrera tells me it’s infected. 3 ½ weeks after surgery I obtained 2 second opinions. They are appalled at my condition, the pain and patient neglect I suffered. I have permanent damage that worsened because 6 weeks later I still had pain, swelling and dying bone. Dr. Herrera never returned my messages.
