I notified Freedom Septic that a poets pot that they had at 393 Catalpa Trail was really smelling bad and the odor was traveling onto my property I was having a family 4th July Party the next day Called left a message and got a call back by Jody.... She said sorry to bad we’re closed can’t do anything until Monday.... So I’m left with a foul smelling ports pot for the Party to enjoy. Needless to say she was very unprofessional in her response and obviously could care less Doesn’t sound like anyone that should be providing a Customer with honest service Thanks Freedom Septics for a wonderful holiday to remember
