Fantastic showing by Victor and the team. I really enjoyed being there to shop. They are more flexible than the “Kay and Zales” of the world. My wife and I went to ask if they fixed gold over 60 years old. They did just a wonderful job and made it look even better than expected. The gentleman in the back fixing the Jewelry came out and helped us understand what could be done. We loved that. The whole team was so nice. They have a solution for many things. I noticed they know there customers by first name as if they’ve been doing biz with them forever....that impressed us very much. I ended up buying a couple of G-Shock Watches for my team. They gave us a nice deal. We’re going back again .... and again. Thank you and the Team for guiding us to fix our grandparents jewelry that will be given to the next generation and on.

I was referred here by a friend after looking several places while looking for an engagement ring. This was the only place that I was comfortable purchasing the ring. Bill was outstanding and even took the time to draw out the exact engagement ring as I explained it. I was fortunate to have been referred here by a colleague and I worked with Bill through the whole process remotely, from San Diego! Bill has several calls and FaceTime meetings with me and helped me pick the perfect diamond and then the perfect setting. His prices were far better than Blue Nile for GIA certified diamonds. We had to work fast (pandemic wedding), and Bill helped us pick a diamond, setting and even engraved it all within a weekend. He then overnight shipped the rings. We started our call on a Thursday and we had our rings by Tuesday. Absolutely phenomenal. Best of luck To Bill and the team. Thanks for making this happen.

Both Bill and Victor instantly greeted me and asked what in particular I was looking for. A service and will be a customer for life! Would highly recommend as they know how to treat a customer right!

Price gougers, there was a sign outside for “60%” off but I got sold a citizen watch for 275 later to find online that its only worth 150 Bought a tungsten ring for 225 later to find it online for 69.99 Manager Victor refused to honor or match the price of the ring online because “it’s impossible” despite it being from the same company. Wouldn’t trust these guys with a 10 foot stick. Save your money and purchase online. They give the impression of being friendly but it’s all for the sake of a sale and price gouging unsuspecting clients, given that most of the jewelry doesn’t even have a price tag. Additionally I received no box or paperwork for my ring, or a chain I bought. I also didn’t get a warranty card or paper work for the watch until i came back for a second time. Would not recommend and would rate 0 stars if possible

Engagements and marriage is a life changing event and it all starts from a proposal. A proposal that’s priceless and starts with a token of love, a diamond and that is something that can only be bought with guidance and help of true professionals such as Bill and Victor at Giorgio’s. I am glad I came to giorgio’s and did not go to a typical corporate companies such as Kay, Zales. The service and help Victor and Bill gave me was seamless and red carpet. I am taking one of my best friends there in the near future for his engagement ring. Thank you so much guys for everything. The ring came out fabulous and looks magical on her hand.
