I have been going to this dealership for years now to get my truck serviced with Giuseppe. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is always up to par. He always greets me by name and makes sure I am taken care of. Even when the pandemic hit and I was so worried about coming in to get service done, he has always reassured me and made me feel safe. I recommend him to all my friends and family!!

I own a Certified Lexus RC 300. I called up Lexus and ask them if they’d be able to try taking out a scratch on my car. They said sure they can try and won’t even charge me! I said OK I’ll give it a shot and they said sure come on in. 24 hours later the call looks brand new. They didn’t ask me for anything! Excellent customer service. That’s why I bought a Lexus!! Excellent Service AFTER the sale!
I’ve had a great experience with Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold! My dealer was John Agnesi and he handled my purchase very professionally from the first phone call. He made sure all of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed. The whole process was very smooth and I have nothing but positive feedback for everyone at the dealership! Definitely would recommend this place!
Excellent service!!! We took the car that we got here to get something fixed and they had us go into a place for customers and they have free food and drinks. They also have a TV to watch there and some nice couches and chairs. The car was fixed really quick and the workers were really nice. They also have free car washes if you got a car there. We will be coming back here if anything else happens to the car.
Saw a magazine with a Lexus LC 500 limited edition coupe in structural blue on the cover that looked amazing! Read the story about the paint, the deepest blue ever produced. Just had to have it. Went on a search in NYC, no one had it. Contacted a salesman, Rob Fishman, at Ray Catena in Freehold, who told me he could get one for me. With just a 500 deposit Rob went out on a limb and acquired the vehicle for me in just a few days. Pretty impressive. There was a few issues purchasing the vehicle with cash, which is legal tender in America, guess not many people do that nowadays, was nothing serious. Rob walked me through the process, did an excellent job. Just wish the dealership was closer to home so I could take advantage of all Ray Catena offers its clients. They great you at the door, direct you to a clean waiting room for coffee, snacks, newspapers. The showroom floor is laid out well. The best Lexus showroom in the northeast I have seen. Recommend Ray Catena Lexus, ask for Rob Fishman, guarantee he will do his best to get you in the model you want at the best price possible, just don't bring cash.
