I bought a lawnmower belt from this place and within an hour of mowing my lawn the belt snapped. I brought it back to replace it and they wouldn't warrant the belt and said it was my fault that the belt broke. Even though before I bought this belt I've been using the same worn out belt that was frayed and falling apart, cutting the same yard for years, and never had an issue with my old belt until it finally gave out. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to replace the belt with a new one. I've never had a brand new belt break this easily.

I was going to give more stars because Wayne was gonna save me money on epair\ BUT ... So we brought Husqvarna mower in for epair\ because blades would not engage. When ALL safety switches checked out Wayne told me he could bypass the safety switch which would save us money because otherwise he'd have to tear the mower down to find that 1 wire with an issue and that would cost. We're responsible people .. we don't run over people in reverse so bypass it is .. I spoke with Wayne a few times and when mower was ready I told him what time we'd be there and HE told me HE would be there so HE could SHOW us what he did , in case we had same problem again .. Like maybe he knows this won't hold . So .. we show up .. at time stated .. pay 70 and NO Wayne ..Wayne's on lunchbreak .. NO ONE will tell us when he'll be back .. no one can show us anything . The owner or Mgr. told someone to help us .. make sure mower was ready and accessible but no one did... Meanwhile we paid 70 for them to put a zip tie on some wires .. that's all we can find that they did and believe me we looked because the blades won't engage .. again .. We paid 70 for epair\ and we've used it twice ! Total waste of time and money because now I have to take it in for \REPAIR\ .. but not here .. Not sure where I'll take it this time .. but it won't be here I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
