Absolute shambles of place to deliver, the shunter doesn't have clue how to drive, he drops trailers blocking your unloading because he clearly can only reverse in a straight line. The production management that I met were abrasive, rude and very unhelpful, it seemed like they very few if any managment skills. There seems to be no covid rules and regulations, no social distancing or understanding of it. If I don't have to deliver to place ever again I will be happy. I only gave 1 star because Its the lowest I can go, this hole in the ground deserves way less. Avoid this badly run, badly managed, disorganised, unwelcoming pit in Gloucester unless absolutely necessary.
