Absolutely horrible customer service. Don't get me wrong, they know what they are doing when it comes to screen printing and embroidery, but this business will come up with every reason in the book as to why they don't have your order ready. I put an order in and waited three weeks before I heard back from the owner of this establishment. When I finally did hear back from him, I was told that it would be two to three weeks before my order would be ready. Three weeks later, I called and had to leave a message...no response. This went on for over two months, and if he did answer, he would give me some excuse as to why the shirts weren't done. Eventually, I got smart and just went to another screen printer who had my order done within two weeks. This is BAD business!!! STAY AWAY!!!
