Always friendly and go above and beyond to get the right part
I went in on labor day. They were pretty busy so I waited my turn & asked them to check my battery & alternator. One of the guys said he had only done it once so another guy said I'll come out with you. They said yes the battery was bad, but didn't say much else & didn't check the computer inside the car. They sold me 180 battery & charged me for disposal of the old one even though I didn't leave it there. I swapped the battery out myself & the next day the car wouldn't start again. Had to put it on a trickle charger & took it to the Monroe, WI location. They said the alternator was bad.... The whole experience was shady & expensive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone except people that are mechanics and can tell the staff how to do their jobs. The staff was not knowledgeable at either location.
