Technician was polite and helpful worked quickly and cleaned up as if he was never there. The only criticism would be the communication about the arrival of the technician, called at 6pm and was given an eta of 2 hours but actually arrived at 1130pm. The service tech did make up for this with his demeanor and skill

Clogged waste line water backing up. Called and they were there in an hour. Got right to work found the issues. Done in a little over an hour. It was easily accessible but start to finish counting the initial phone call. Very satisfied. Thank you Kenny.

Rotorooter is such an excellent plumbing service. I was a little panicky last night about having a leaking water heater and the woman who answered the phone at Rotorooter was very helpful, telling me to call the fire department for advice on turning off my electric to my hot water heater because it could cause a fire if I left it on without water in it. Today, Mark, the plumber. was very prompt and was able to give me a new hot water heater and get rid of my old leaking one. The price was a little higher than the competition, but I really have trust that Rotorooter is a very reputable company and I have not been disappointed yet! Thank you for helping fix my leak! I will have hot water today! Hurray! Definitely call them if you have a plumbing issue!

Came late around 10 30 pm with a good attitude and the willingness to help. Clearly explained the problem and solution. Also helped me move a washer machine to get to the pipe he needed to clean. Didn't complain at all and fixed the problem. Great experience, I will definitely call roto router again.

If you ever experience that extremely unpleasant, scary sensation of feeling the nice hot water in your shower slowly turning cool and then cold, call RotoRooter! I had to do that and in record time my appointment was immediately set. My problem(a mixing valve inside my oil burner) was diagnosed, the new part was purchased and the labor intensive work was completed by the best supervisor I have ever known with a very smart trainee by his side. They worked with the quiet intensity, precision and efficiency of a team of surgeons. As an added bonus, I was educated about how the washing machine and dishwasher temperatures were also being affected adversely by this problem. Their visit made the problem, which I had anticipated to be messy and lengthy into an emotionally manageable and absolutely pleasant experience. It is so great to have a problem solved with great service, talent and graciousness. Don't hesitste... have a great day when you call Roto Riooter!
