A prime example of why government shouldn't run our healthcare. They are never helpful, and can't ever seem to help with anything. Is there a 0 star option?

My mail comes everyday at 2:15 p.m. When I've used the post office to drop off packages the window people have always been pleasant and helpful. Thank you for all you do!

I understand you are a government facility, but the employees seem to hate there jobs. The customer service is not existent, and you wonder why Amazon is taking over the mail service. Management may need to clean house or change the culture of the business or they will never last.

Our mail is always late.We never know when were getting our mail.We had awsome delivery of mail when Tom Olson was our mail man but he has retired. We have complained but nothing comes of it.I think Freeport Illinois postal service needs a crack down. Its sad we get a different mail person and it gets later and later for our mail.We all know its been bad weather around here but no excuse for spring and summer and on days its not bad out this is an on going problem.and when you call there short with you and very nasty on the phone...Just made a phone call asking where our mail is and was told they are just leaving post office with our mail for our street...Something needs to be done to much jacking around on there cell phones and sitting in there trucks smoking cigarerettes,,I didnt think you were aloud to smoke in the mail trucks....Just tired of getting our mail late no reason for it I need to find out who to talk to other then the ones that answer the phones there I will find out
