In the last month through this UPS location they have lost or damaged 2 kettlebells. On my third order and will see if I get this one. Also just received another order today that was completely damaged. This place is full of incompetence apparently. A shame these people have jobs Follow up: UPS has had another one of my packages damaged. This will be my FOURTH replacement order. UPS has not followed up with me to fix the problem. They seem to ignore my issue. Horrible service and complete incompetence. Pathetic.

I sent a package to Bloomington IL via the post office and paid 10.76 for 2 day delivery. 8 days later, I sent a package via UPS and paid 10.75. The UPS package arrived the next day. The package I mailed the previous week arrived 2 days later. Moral of the story, send letters via USPS. Send packages via UPS. Cheaper and faster.

Some drivers are great and bring the product up our long driveway to our house. Others just set it next to the mailbox when it fits perfectly inside with room to spare for our mail. So I'd say if you're receiving a package from them it's hit and miss.
