I bought my truck from freeway Ford on Jan 28, 2020. There was some mechanical issues with it in October 2020 and I brought it in. Under warranty the problem was resolved 2.5 months later. Granted it was inconvenient to not have my truck for 2.5 months they seriously took the best care of me. During this time the service staff could not have been better. They seriously have top notch guys in their service department and would bring it back there 100%. The sales department on the other hand. My goodness! I spoke to the gentleman who sold me the truck back in January and he’s like let’s get you into something new but we have to wait for the truck to be fixed so we can refund the extended warranty otherwise Ford has to pay the fixes (smart business move I get it) so we waited and it ended up being much longer than expected but I would text him and another sales guy about trucks I’m interested in and literally telling these guys I will buy another truck from you but they would never follow up. I put them in a group chat together and explained my business doesn’t feel important and I feel neglected and that got a response finally saying he will look into it right away in the morning and guess what...never got a text back. Why do I have to be reaching out to you to put this sale into action? Since then I’ve never replied as I feel I shouldn’t have too and frankly I just feel disrespected and that’s a bummer if that’s the training style that’s put into place. Anyway that’s my experience with this dealership. If you aren’t the GM of this location or the owner don’t bother reaching out. You have my number if you want to chat more on it.

All the staff are very accommodating, helpful, polite, knowledgeable of their job. Everyone has mask. They have pens to use that separated to \sanitized and used\ Love the experience. Definitely coming back! We're given a new F150 to use while they fix my Ford Explorer. Sweet ride!

My wife (Barbara Resendez) and I had the pleasure to meet Patrick at Freeway Ford and had a wonderful transition with buying out my lease (flex), we waited a little but they were busy, but Patrick had Glen came back to us to see if we were okay and at all times staying safe distance and wearing their masks and the finance person was very polite and helped us get a payment that we liked thanks PATRICK.. and yes we would come back..

Great purchasing experience. I live in Appleton, WI and was shopping for a new Mustang Bullitt with specific options. Freeway Ford had one. I contacted them to communicate what I was looking for and the type of deal I hoped to achieve. Brian was able to get me a no hassle, itemized, out-the-door quote via text message. I didn't feel the need to haggle because the offer was competitive, fair, and a genuine attempt to earn my business. Brian didn't pressure me or play any sales games - Thank you for that! After comparing Brian's offer with a couple others, I decided to go with Freeway Ford, despite it being the furthest away from me. When I arrived, it was a busy Saturday morning, but everything got taken care of in a timely fashion. There were a couple scratches on the car that Freeway committed to having repaired by my local dealer. They followed through on that promise, despite it ultimately costing a bit more than anticipated. Based on my experience, Freeway Ford seems to be the type of dealership that car shoppers can trust to be straightforward and fair in their business practices. I was offered additional products and services while signing paperwork (like you would anywhere) but they were presented well with no uncomfortable pressure to purchase them. Overall a great experience. Recommended!
