If you are looking for an authentic black forest experience then this is not the place for you. It is more like a food court with food from different countries. We had the food from Arabic and Persian corner and it was okay! Perhaps too sweet for Indian taste buds.

One of the best way to experience local savor, cheap prices and good food! A small market place have jammed with around 14 shop, bars and Imbiss, very popular dining area. We had chose the seafood Imbiss, and ordered fish-combi for lunch. It was fresh and delicious! Not bad at all.
I really enjoy this place, it has a couple of advantages over any restaurant around: 1. Prices are quite good: e.g. paid 9 EUR for Chicken Masala with vegetables. 2. If you go out with friends, you don't need to pick a place which fits everybody's interest. This place has tons of options, from vegan to meat, from Indian to Brasilian. The disadvantage is that it is pretty crowded. But we always found a place where we could eat and enjoy.
A must if you visit Freiburg. Great food choice from around the world cuisines. Relaxed atmosphere and very interesting to have a break for some delicious food and drink.
Wide selection of food from all over the world. Good drink options (beer, wine and cocktails). Can be a bit crowded but the place have very lively and bubbly atmosphere.
International cuisine, a variety of different options, reasonable prices. Worth checking out!
I loved the live band playing german songs from the 50's. An older generation seems to visit the place, but we enjoyed a glass of wine with a meal from the Thai restaurant. The food was gross since that was not genuine chicken meat, but some sort of a waste made from the production meat process. It looked great, but the taste was awful. Other than that great atmosphare and recommending the white wine!
