Zero stars not an option... went to look at 2019 F250 and they offered 8,000 for our trade. Bank said it’s too low. Went to two other Ford dealers just to see what their opinion was. One offered 18,000 and other offered 18,500. Sure glad this didn’t work out.. I LOVE my brand new 2020 F350!!!!

We love our new Ford Fusion! Tim at Advantage Ford was extremely helpful during the whole process of us test-driving, buying, and picking up our car. There were no hidden fees, everything was very honest and up-front. We even got a bigger rebate than I was expecting, which was wonderful! We will definitely be returning to Advantage Ford for our next car purchase in the future.

I recently purchased an F150 with the help of salesman Tim Harmon through Advantage Ford. Being a non resident of the state, my timeline to search for a vehicle was tight. Tim went out of his way on multiple occasions to help accommodate that this included meeting outside of business hours on a few occasions. The sale was easy and extremely low pressure. Overall a great experience.
Took a vehicle in for an airbag light and it cost me 50 for them to claim that the part was discontinued by Ford and completely unavailable. Made the 15 minute drive up to Port Clinton Ford and had the problem fixed without a hitch. Never again.
