This is by far the most authentic Shanghainese restaurant I have tried in the US. Their soup dumplings and pan fried dumplings are 100% legit. Skin is beautifully wrapped, thin and strong, a lot of soup, and flavoring on point. Lion's head meatball and fried shrimp ball are also highly recommended. The food here tastes exactly like what you find in Shanghai, although at 5x the price, haha.

I used to drive to have goo d Shanghainese food. I became a weekly customer. A long list if good food but I specially like the yellow croaker noodle soup. Delicious pork dumplings/soup inside! The pan fried pork dumplings’ dough was too thick. Crispy green onion pancakes were very savory and great to eat while they were hot.

Great food. Too many people in line and if you don't want to wait you better arrive before the store opens. Pan fried buns are the best food they have. But all other food are pretty good. I ate here a lot and I still like it very much. Would definitely recommend to my friends and will come back again.

AMAZING SHANGHAI FOOD!!! Probably the most authentic you can find in the South Bay Area. Great service too! We went before opening on a rainy evening and the restaurant opened early so that people wouldn’t get wet! My fiancé grew up in Shanghai and had been craving authentic Shanghai spring rolls cos he could never find authentic ones in the US. He said the spring rolls in this restaurant were exactly what he was looking for!

Hands down best Shanghai food in the US - even better than the Shanghai restaurants in LA. Here is my suggestion on what to order: just order whatever you want to try, they are all very yummy and authentic. My favorites are 生煎包 小笼包 白切鸡 咸肉菜饭 but I only tried a few on the menu.
