Everything went pretty smoothly! A few emails back and forth before scheduling an appointment to check out the latest IS350 F-Sport. The email communication was top notch and very clear and helpful. Negotiations were straight forward and clear. Nothing was hidden with the fees or pricing. Ended up trading in my lease with 6 months left because I had such low mileage. Was able to get into a new IS350 F-Sport with comfortable payments. The dealership is clean and modern. Everyone was friendly and polite.
