I love how every single workout is different! The coaches make every class fun and exciting! I have seen results and I know that OTF truly works! I am obsessed with these classes and love to go each week. I would definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues! New Years resolutions? Don’t second guess yourself and just sign up!! I absolutely love this place. Great staff, clean environment and awesome coaches. This is the first gym I have ever been to where there is such a sense of community and inclusion. I always feel the staff is helpful and the coaches push you to do your best. This place is amazing.
