The employees doesn’t know how to talk to people. I see all of them on their phones even the supervisor, he’s not even paying attention. They also don’t wear masks like they require us too. So why wear them if your own employees don’t?
The gym isn't too busy and the staff are so helpful! I met the trainer, Marvin for the first time today, and he'll help you with whatever you need. Whether losing weight, or gaining muscle. They have many policies in place for covid and are doing their best to stay open during these times for people like me.
I have been going to this gym since it was built and I never before had any issues until new management. I do not feel comfortable while knowing the new manager stares unprofessionaly at women, he talks behind members backs in front of other members. The gym is no longer clean, mold in showers. I had issues with billing and instead of the manager being professional and respectful he argued with me lied about refunding money. It is sad that I no longer enjoy myself in my gym because of this.
I do not go to the Fremont location, but I dropped in a couple days ago. I didn’t have my card, and the staff was pretty busy. Cory welcomed me, and ask to scan in. After telling him about not having my card, he was able to call my home club, and get my barcode to check me in. After he gave me a tour, and helped me work the stair master. On my way out, he asked if I had any questions, and that i could download the app and make checking in easier. Very welcoming facility, only downfall about the visit, was that it was snowing outside.
