The entire staff was great to work with. Everybody from the front desk staff to the owner will know you by name, and will aid in your rehab. Even though physical therapy can sometime seem scary, the staff at Fremont Therapy & Wellness will take care of you, and get you back to 100%.

I was able to experience two of the therapists at Fremont Therapy & Wellness within the last few months. They offered a free session to see if they could help me. I decided to do the exercises the therapist provided for the neck pain I was having and after giving me all the options for treatment, there was no pressure to move forward with services if I could do the exercises faithfully on my own. Additionally, I felt very comfortable with the pelvic health therapist and I learned what is normal and practiced exercises to help my situation. The payment plan was very reasonable, all employees are nice, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Jeree and her team at Fremont Therapy & Wellness!
