We bought a used car here about six months ago. Within the first month, we noticed that there were problems with the transmission. We brought it in for repairs; they said there was nothing wrong, but we were still charged CHF 100. We brought back a few weeks later with the exact problem. This time, a mechanic went for a test drive. He felt that there was something wrong with the transmission, but when he hooked it up to the computer, he couldn’t find anything. Long story short, four visits later, here I am again. At this point, when we hit the gas at 30 kph, the car doesn’t accelerate at all. We will see how this one goes. Just for comparison, when we had a warranty issue with our second car and brought it to ASAG, they diagnosed the problem, gave us a rental car free of charge, fixed the problem, and got it back to us earlier they had promised. At this point, I don’t trust a single word that they tell me from Garage Keigel.

On our vacation trip to Italy through Suisse we had trouble with the HVAC of our Renault Megane. This is not something you want at ambient temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius in summertime. The problem was fixed by Keigel garage quickly in Frenkendorf. And you known what .... it was all for free. Therefore we nominate garage Keigel for Best Renault Garage of the Year. Gr, Fam. April 2020, während Corona Lockdown Angebot im Radio gehört. Unmittelbar vor Ostern. War im Autohaus Keigel rein informativ Januar 20, bekam da von Herrn Patrick Keigel Visitenkarte. Deshalb schrieb ich ihm Donnerstag vor Ostern eine E-Mail. Zeitnah noch während der Ostertage antwortete er mehrfach. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Darum Nissan Juke gekauft. Weihnachten Schlüsselproblem. Hingefahren, freundlich u. schnell Problem gelöst. Fazit 5 Sterne sehr empfehlenswert. Danke. R.Friedensdorf

Als E Mobil Fahrer bin ich auf Ladestationen angewiesen. Leider waren beide Parkplätze von firmeneigenen Fahrzeugen belegt. Das nachts um 23:00. Der ChaDemo Stecker war aber frei. Mit Parkieren auf dem Fussgängerweg konnte ich dennoch laden. Der Stecker ist sehr schwer zu handhaben. Dennoch Pluspunkt für Gratisenergie.
