Well, let me be realistic with this place... I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. I had my cars sound system worked on years ago by them, the car sounded amazing all the way from day 1 until the day I trade it in. I had moved out of town when I got a new car, and to tell you I drove 10 hrs just to have em work on my new car is to say something. Very knowledgeable staff, personal, professional and clean. If you are picky like me and want your car worked on by legit professionals, I would recommend this place to anyone. I cant say enough good things about them but I am extremely happy with my new sound and if you are thinking of giving them a shot, feel confident that it will be worth it for sure

Excellent work, they have tinted windows on 3 of my cars. They do excellent work. They installed a new Kenwood head unit on my 2017 Highlander to replace terrible Toyota unit. Excellent work and follow up on questions and issues.

Went there to get my system corrected that was done completely wrong at another local shop. I highly recommend Fresh Design. They have done two of my vehicles in one week and taking 2 of my other cars there for tint. A service.
