My experience is consistent with other reviews posted here. We have two gates on either side of our house. One side is where our dogs are kept, locked and securely separated from the pool, and the other gives easy, unlocked access to the pool. After 5 times of the servicemen trying to access the wrong gate over a period of several months, and not providing us with pool service on those visits despite many phone calls and detailed directions on which gate to use, I called to cancel our service. After explaining why we were canceling and that we would not be paying for services we did not receive that particular day, the employee yelled and screamed at me, saying if we didn't want to pay he would see us in small claims court. He also lied and claimed that they had pictures of both gates locked, which he did not have because they don't exist. He essentially admitted as much when I asked for the "pictures" to be sent to me and said he would not be sending them. After a few minutes of being screamed at, he finally hung up on me. In an apparent realization of guilt, he called back moments later offering my 12.75 back. And as even further testament to the non-existent integrity of this company, the review below mine for 5 stars is written by one of their employees.
