Worked for me... Service was good. Since I called it was l like 65.... But if the police had made the call the charge would have been300.... Interesting and lesson learned

We had a great experience with our tow driver from Fresno Budget Towing! We had Scott as our driver and he was wonderful. He went above and beyond what I've had other drivers do for us in the past and he had a great attitude about helping, too. We were in a busy place, with roadways blocked off, and part of our car broken. He went out of his way to make sure our car was taken care of while getting pretty wet and dirty in the process, but didn't seem to mind. He really turned our crummy day around. Thanks, Scott!

I've seen a lot of bad reviews but I was recommended this company by a tow yard by my house since they didn't do tow service they got to me in around 20 minutes even though I gave them one wrong cross street lol(dakota instead of shields) Raul was very professional and drove me to the Chase up ahead to take out cash since they didn't accept debit past 7 pm. Overall good service.

I waited two and a half hours for this tow service to pick up my vehicle.I was told because my tags were expired I could not get a tow from AAA.I would also need a permit to move the vehicle and a DMV permit to transport the vehicle. I said to the driver, ok since your here I’ll just pay you myself for the tow.The driver told me if he was to get pulled over he would get a ticket,for not having proper permit.I just wanted to my vehicle to a storage yard.I am disabled and I cannot say for sure what his reasons really were to not help me.What I can tell you is don’t waste your time,there are better companies out there.Never again will I use Budget towing based out of Oakhurst,Ca.

Used copart once it was 50, tried to use it again and to tow to the same place it was 150. And "Kim" the manager was rude af. Didn't have good customer service. I was very polite to her. Won't try budget towing again.

I called this place at 620am for a tow they told me it'd be an hour, ok great. The driver calls me an hour later telling me that he went the wrong way and give him 20 more min. Ok fine.. he calls me back 10min later to tell me he was pulled from my call to go help someone else. I understand that your company works with AAA but it doesn't seem like a smart business move to have all drivers on AAA calls and none for normal calls. Plus I feel that was very unprofessional . I will never use this company and I will make sure to let everyone I know to not call .
