Easy paycheck. Company does not care about quality when it comes to the guards. The company will put whoever can hold a CA guard card in the position you hire them for. There is no quality behind their service. Everyone thats worth something leaves shortly after hiring. Be very careful when you decide to gift money to this company.

As an individual, I can legitimately say that this is likely one of the most reputable security companies in the Fresno area. I strongly urge any resident or property manager of contracted properties to attempt to contact the company directly, or even speak with any on-site security officer, in order to have any concerns addressed. Any security officer should be confident enough or knowledgeable enough to inform clients of the exact post orders for contracted properties.They should also be knowledgeable of all areas and matters of utmost concern. As an employee of the company, I can confidently say that this is one of the best companies I have personally worked for. As an individual, if you have a strong work ethic and are able to execute your daily duties efficiently, you will find working for this company very rewarding. Supervisors and schedulers are very flexible with personal schedules, in order to facilitate a meaningful work-life balance. An individual's work ethic is immediately recognizable. The company has a very strong vetting process in order to ensure all hired employees are knowledgeable and well-versed in order to ensure the safety and security of all clients and properties.
Useless and working with tow company. These guys comes once at midnight every night to write tickets and tow resident's cars who parked by the side of the road in front of their house. I see what they and the tow company are doing and it is disgusting!
First security company I've worked for they're very accommodating to their guards. They do constantly remind you about the \liability\ ugh. Still talking about till today.
