***UPDATED*** This place was outstanding. I have had nothing but issues with Kay and their "lifetime" warranty BS. My wife's ring has had the center stone fall out twice now, the first time it took them 6 months to get it back to us. After putting it in a drawer for quite some time I stumbled across Creative walking to the bank, he charged me next to nothing and had the ring done in two days! He gave it back to me completely shined up looking brand new. I have already recommended him to many people and I will be having him make a custom ring for Christmas. I would recommend them to anyone, they don't talk to you like a general customer just feeding you the same lines like most chain stores, they talked to me and joked with me like they have known me for years. I couldn't be happier with their service! **UPDATE** I went back for Christmas and instead of making a ring I had Creative make me a necklace using my wife's grandmothers original wedding ring. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and told them to do what they do best from there. He had it knocked out in no time and even had it ready two days before Christmas for me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even though I declined to pay to have the ring itself brought back to life they threw that all in for free so I was very happy yet again with their attention to detail and amazing customer service.
