I am a nurse who worked with Dr. Roper in the past in the hospital. I can say he is one of the best Dr.’s I have ever worked with. That is very important when you know a patient is taking a turn for the worst and you have that feeling of relief knowing Dr. Roper is the one on call for that patient. I know this from more than one experience of having as we say a “ patient crashing” . Dr. Roper was always there immediately and is so knowledgeable and fast thinking in times of a crisis, he saved more than one persons life with his fast thinking. He has always been so kind an considerate with every patient. And I can also say I also know first hand when I ended up in the hospital myself pretty sick and was relieved when found out Dr Roper was going to be overseeing my care. I would refer anyone I care about to him because I know for a fact they would be in the best hands! He is also the most kindest Dr’s I had the pleasure to work with.

I am a physician and i knew Dr Roper prior to leaving for Medical school and he is an extremely caring and professional physician. He is a physician that other physicians refer to, that shows how he is viewed by other physicians and a testament to his abilities and skill level. He is always courteous, friendly and listens to his patients. I recommend him very highly.
Terrible! They kept scheduling my husband for consultations and charging him for each consultation without providing any assistance with his sleep apnea. Every time I called to get an update the doctor was not available; all they tried to do was schedule another consultation. No one ever returned my calls when I would leave a message. All together he paid close to 1000 and did NOT receive any services, devices, medication etc...nothing. Do not recommend, very unprofessional and fraudulent.
Rude front office! Fix your tone when you're talking to patients. I don't think they know they're in the business of customer service. You can just tell someone is lazy when they try to find every excuse not to help you instead of finding a way to make things happen. I'm sure Dr. Roper is great but I decided to see someone else due to the incompetence of the front desk. It's a referral not the Ark of the Covenant. It's not complicated. Hire a professional not some glorified secretary off the streets.

I can’t speak english very fluently but decided to call and asked for prices in regards to the consultation and tests. The person who picked up the phone laughs at me. Not once but twice. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. The staff is very incompetent. It is going on 4 months since my first visit with the doctor. I was told they would call me once my insurance was verified. Well after the second week I called my insurance to see what the hold up was. I was told I was approved a week ago so I called the office they said the insurance only approved me for mask. After confirming this with insurance I called office again but was told I would have to travel to Madera to get machine because they did not have the one I needed In the office. I did not feel it was necessary to travel to Madera to get a machine for one day then take back to Madera so I asked my Dr to find a place in Fresno who had the machine. After a few weeks my Dr's off called said the sleep center has the machine and to call for appt. Which I did but was told they only had 1 and it would be a month before I could get it ok when my appt came up I was told the machine was broken and they would call me when it was ready. 2 weeks later I get a call for an appt for the next month to get the machine, but when asked why I had to wait I was told due to other people being ahead of me yet when the machine 'broke" I was the first to get it and now that it's fixed Im at the end of the list. When speaking with office staff I get nothing but months of lie's. I would not recommend this facility.
I go to see Dr. Roper , the staff are friendly. I get my yearly print out no questions asked. For the people that go there they should call their insurance and be prepared tor what they have to pay.
