I bought a couch from Mor furniture on 8/3/2019. I was pushed into adding the protection plan for 149.99. I cover the couch and took really good care of it. I noticed that one of the recliners built into it was sinking and some of the threads to the seem had came apart. So, I called to use my extended warranty which is through Ashley furniture and was told manufacturers defects are not covers. Seems are not covered. The where cold,sharp like I was trying to scam them or something. While I put up with a barking dog in the background.
I love Mor furniture and that is why I always return. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff makes it so comfortable to shop! Sonny was our guy yesterday and I highly recommend him to anyone shopping for new furniture!
I had looked on line at several mattress stores. I told my 90 year old husband that we were just going to look today. No buying today. The General Manager, Richard, was an excellent salesman. He made me feel he really cared about what mattress would work best for a frail 90 year old. We left the store having purchased a new perfect mattress. Excellent service MORS.
We bought a king size adjustable bed and it couldn't have been easier. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and just made the purchase and financing so stress free and enjoyable. We were in and out with a new bed that was beyond reasonably priced in under 45 minutes. It was only that long because we had no idea what mattresses we needed! We LOVE our new bed
