Fabulous facility; they treat you like family

WORSE PLACE EVER I can name so many cons.How can this place be open for business? The beds are so uncomfortable. The equipment (CPAP masks) looks like they keep using it over and over. They look all yellow. So gross. Beds look like an old Hotel. The manager was very unprofessional. I had a question and the girl from the front said she would get the manager to answer my question. When she walked a little down the hall I heard the manager ask her, “What kind of insurance does he have?” I was like wow. Really? He also owns the CPAP business next door so he pushes the CPAP business with sleep lab. I bet all the studies are false just to get patients to get CPAP machines. He lies and says he will treat patients as in network and then a few months later, I got a bill for over 1,000.00. Hahaha. I think that patients should NOT go there and go somewhere that they will actually care about your health. NOT THE MONEY.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is very sketchy. They refused to forward my records to my new doctor or the new clinic I was referred to for a follow up sleep study, even when I went in to sign a release. They asked me to pay 50 cents per page for a copy which was no big deal. But it was annoying having to go back after they had already asked me to sign a release then decided they wouldn't send the records. I found out the reason was because they didn't want to give my records to a competitor. Very, very shady:-(

If I could give them 0 Stars, I would. This place is a racket. They do not have a good sleep environment for patients. The music was left on all night long, the phone rang all night long, I could hear noises everywhere from other rooms, and the nightshift nurse talking on the phone. So unprofessional. They had me hooked up to all these wires, so if I needed to use the bathroom, I had to get help and get unhooked. I didn't sleep all night. They also previously told me not to use sleep aids. Then they changed their story. No help. Their goal is to push sleep apnea equipment. Even though the results for my overnight stay were inconclusive because I didn't even get one hour of sleep, they sent my information to some hoity toity doctor in another city, who had never met me, to diagnose me with sleep apnea. I had complained to the manager of the facility, and he said he would not bill my insurance. Then I found out later he billed my insurance. I had to file a complaint against the facility with my health insurance and also against the doctor who had \diagnosed\ me with sleep apnea, who never even met me. This place is a racket.
