If you're heading to downtown Fresno at all, you have to stop by Root General. They sell vintage clothes, local goods, and do prints on hats, shirts, koozies, and more with their custom designs. Plus, the store is always decorated the cutest while smelling so good!
The place is amazing! Awesome stuff from local people, things you won't find anywhere else. A lot of stuff you didn't know you were looking for, but then you see it and have to have it. Really cool.
I have never been to this store but I am making a very special trip there tomorrow for the Rae Dunn book signing . My daughter lives in Orange County and is an absolute HUGE fan of Rae Dunn so I thought it would be special to go get her an autographed copy of Ms. Dunn's book . Should be a great day !
The owners are invested in and believe in downtown Fresno. They have unique items like their Fresno hat with a logo made from leather baseball mitts. Their new/ current location is great, it's in Warnor's Center on Fulton Street.
I love Root! The owners are the nicest people I have ever met. They have a huge variety of local goods and some even more amazing t-shirts that they design and screenprint in-house that are so Fresno-centric. They also host great workshops that you can find out about on Instagram and Facebook (from flower design to macrame and self-care). And to top it off, they host a killer ArtHop show each first Thursday of the month.
