If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Thomas, the owner and CEO, is the most sweetest, hard working, and detailed person I have ever met! I wanted to get a scrub jacket embroidered for a friend and to be honest, the material of the scrub jacket was a little weird so I didn't even know if it would be possible. Even the company I bought the scrub jack from usually offers embroidery but didn't on this jacket, presumably because the fabric and how the jacket is made would make it hard. Thomas took a look at it and didn't even question it! The consultation was so great and easy. I wrote down what I wanted and he made a template and fixed the font and the sizing for me. He made a sample for me so I could see what it looked like and we pinned it on the jacket to make sure it looked good and was in the place where I wanted the embroidery to be. Again, the jacket was difficult to work with, so he had to do the placing and everything by hand and watched him be so meticulous and made sure it was centered and perfect. I have never seen someone put so much effort and care into something like that. Not only was he working on my item, he was also overseeing multiple large orders of embroidered hats and jackets. I watched him be just as meticulous with each and one of those items like he was with mine. The jacket came out so perfect and not to mention, the price was great! Based on his customer service alone, he could've charged me way more and I still would've paid it! I had such a great experience, and I really am not the type to write such a long review, but the customer service I experienced today was just so good that I had to rave about it. Thomas' motto is he treats all the items and orders he gets as if he's giving it to his wife or his best friend, and to be honest, with that kind of motto, you just know the work is going to be amazing. So please, if you were to give your business to anyone, please consider Thomas and Stitch Master Custom Embroidery!

The level of professionalism and eye to detail at Stitch Masters is exceptional. Thomas was instrumental in keeping our design alive and well as we made our decisions and I can not speak highly enough about Katie's work stitching ours company T shirts. It truly blew me away that she had the presence of mind to double check the stitch (Last minute clarification and confirmation that it was the right combination)color of our company name so that a cordinated with the color of the garment.
