EXTREMELY POOR service. 3 months after ordering and paying for my daughter's racket, The Stringer has yet to deliver that racket. We have made numerous calls and trips yet The Stringer employees/owner have not taken a single initiative to reach out to us to provide any follow-up or ETA. We get the same run around about the racket being on back order, yet not a single courtesy call from them. Highly frustrated and would not recommend doing business with them.
