We purchased our Tuff Shed through the Fresno Tuff Shed office. Mike, with his knowledgeable and honest recommendations, and his great patience, was a HUGE help to us as we designed our custom shed. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent - very professional and courteous. The installers were very respectful and made sure that we were satisfied with everything before they left. Any questions we had after installation were promptly answered by Mike. We're transforming the shed into a home office and look forward to the "move-in" day! Pictures to come....
We had a great experience with Tuff Shed! Stephanie Farias was our salesperson and she was very kind and helpful! She got us taken care of set up for install very fast! The turn around time was little to none! The installation was great as well! They showed up exactly when scheduled, they were fast, efficient and professional! The quality of the shed is wonderful, so sturdy with great materials, and looks great, they matched the colors to our house perfectly! Overall we had a really great experience! We would recommend them to everyone!

Bought two sheds in 2009. Still look like new today. Lost a trim piece putting in a ramp. Gave up looking for it. Drove out to Tuff Shed to buy a new piece. Guys in the showroom said that’s too bad, here’s a new piece, NO CHARGE!
I lost the keys to my shed and they were super helpful in providing replacements.
