Great Dr. Dr Grewall, but scheduling is the worst I have ever dealt with. Visited the ER for kidney stone pain, treated and was told I would most likely not pass the 7mm stone due to the size. Told to follow up with my urologist for surgery. Scheduling would not give me an appointment until September, even after explaining my circumstances. Rude and made a comment ( We have this kind of emergencies all the time) Definitely will look for a new urologist!!

Professional and courteous, Dr. Robert Julian is very informative, kind and considerate. His staff is the greatest. They said I had a kidney stone. Did surgery. No stone!

Post review: I switched to another Urologist in Stanford. After constant wait times from ninety minutes to three hours I had enough. I have heard, while waiting, other multi people have the same appointment time as I. Another time I had an appointment that was cancelled without notice. They stated they called and left a message but I checked my call history, no call on date they stated, and as far as a voicemail, nothing. With as many negative reviews as the staff receives maybe someone in charge will take notice?

Rude/cold front office staff, long waits, crowded waiting rooms. But Dr. Ambati himself was wonderful and very informative. The place is crying out for much better management and organization
