The hotel's location is excellent and the hotel is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your warm welcome and surprise treat for the kids at Easter time at the end of the stay! A buffet breakfast is available during the pandemic, so we were grateful for that. Thank you. In the room, we found the bed and pillows not so comfortable and the lighting rather dim with little available daylight. Whatsmore, in our room, the shower gel bottles in our room were almost empty and although we stayed 2 nights, they were not filled up on Day 2. And lastly, the underground parking is rather cramped.

Clean, friendly staff, close to the center. 5* for the generosity of letting us use the car parking the whole day of check-out! Without any additional charges. This was very convenient for us. Thank you very much. Recommend Alpha.
I am quite surprised to see the comments that people say, the hotel was clean. Rooms are definitely not clean and they are super old. I cleaned the room myself, you can't imagine how dirty it was. The only good thing about the hotel is super friendly staff.
Our concierge/ registration mgr. was so super I don’t have words for it. She helped us find a wonderful place for our anniversary dinner. And then spent valuable time trying to help me find a place of memory from 50 yrs. ago. The hotel is so fortunate to have an employee such as her. The accommodations were also very good but it’s the employees that make a place special.
Small but cozy rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. I recommend you to stay here.
Really relaxed hotel. Nothing fancy. But enough to be super comfortable. The staff is exceptionally warm and friendly.
