This was my first time at Friesland and everyone was great. I was expecting a simple drop off location and drove around the block a couple times, unsure what to do. All you have to do is get in line for the scale and let them know you're new. Everyone gave clear directions and told me what the next step was. It's easy for companies that get a lot of repeat customers to expect you to know the process. Friedland has a good balance of efficiency and accommodating newcomers.

Fantastic place for getting rid of everything from computers and electronics to cardboard to scrap metal. Very easy to use. Great staff. And you drive away knowing your scrap is being recycled and not land filled!
Just dropped off some shredding. I had never been here before so I wasn't sure how it worked. (You may want to put instructions on your website.) There are two Friedland buildings, and I didn't know where to go. I pulled up to the one building and the guy there helped me. He was very friendly and helpful. If he is an example of all your staff, you're doing a great job. For those new to Friedland, Google Maps will take you to the office. Don't listen to it. Go to the nearby drop-off collection building across the street. They will take the material and give you a receipt. You take that to the office to pay your bill. Thanks again, Friedland guy for your kindness!
Open to the public on Wednesdays Friendly, efficient, professional, fast. 5 per \banker box\ / copier size box. (And you can KEEP your boxes if you want!) Remember to bring cash or check as debit and credit cards aren't accepted. Great way to get your documents securely shredded!
You need to scale in and out. If 1 truck ahead of you then long wait. Docs r on center st
